Juniors
Players with at least one season of Tennis Buddies (or equivalent experience) that are 8 or younger will continue to play with red felt balls and a 2'9" net. Racquets for this level are under 23" Players will continue to work on the basics of volley, groundstrokes and serves, but more emphasis will be put on learning to rally with another player. Match play will consist of a skills competition where players earn points for successfully hitting various shots.

SINGLES
Players between the ages of 9 - 14 that have no experience will learn the basics of volleys, groundstrokes and serves. Racquets range from 23"-27" depending on player's height and strength. Match play will consist of a skills competition where players earn points for successfully hitting various shots. More experienced players who can serve, return serve and rally will play 1 set matches.

Junior Team Tennis - ustaPlayers that can serve and sustain a rally will focus on stroke development as well as game play and strategy. If we have an adequate number of players, they will be placed on a Junior Team Tennis team. Match play will consist of playing singles and doubles matches against players from other teams in the inland empire.
